On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from Sequoia Financial Services regarding collecting a Judgment that was filed against me in favor of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$13000.00} + Post Judgment Int. in the amount of {$13000.00} bringing the total Judgment amount of {$27000.00}. The day I received this letter was the first time I have ever been notified about the Judgment. I don't know what this Judgment is for nor have I ever been served a summons to appear in court for any lawsuit filed against me from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. So on XX/XX/XXXX I sent a letter requesting Sequoia Financial Services to provide me with verification of this debt, which they have failed to do. I still haven't received any documents verifying this debt. However on XX/XX/XXXX I received a notice of involuntary XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk 's office, that was filed on XX/XX/XXXX by XXXX XXXX XXXX & XXXX XXXX Which I have no idea who that is.
