I have made 33 payments. I have had 2 extensions on the loan. I owe the same amount I did when I bought the car as well as have been told I am still late even though I am one month ahead of the actual billed contract and the down payment was not applied at all to the loan. The interest rate is supposed to be 17 % but they have charged a 95 % interest rate so far on the loan by compounding 17 % per month instead of a 17 % apr. They are illegally charging fees as well as threatening with repossession on a loan that is current. This company is violating multiple federal and state laws and being deceitful to a XXXX person as defined by the ADA. Also the contract amount states XXXX XXXX monthly payments. They have been charging XXXX XXXX monthly every month with is illegal to charge a different amount monthly then the agreed upon amount. As shown in the picture of the original contract.
