I entered into a consumer credit transaction with Nissan Motor Acceptance Company on XX/XX/2018. 15 USC 1605 defines a finance charge as the sum of all charges in a consumer credit transaction. The finance charge is supposed to include insurance but NMAC made me purchase insurance separately. NMAC is in violation of 15 USC 1692b ( 5 ) by using a symbol on the envelope and in the contents of communication mailed. NMAC is in violation of 15 USC 1692f ( 1 ) by trying to collect any amount. NMAC is in violation of 15 USC 1692e by false and misleading representations by having charges in a positive balance, by having 3 separate charges, and that non payment will result in seizure of property. NMAC is in violation of 15 USC 1692d ( 2 ) the use of obscene and profane language and 15 USC 1692d ( 1 ) the use or threat of use of criminal means to harm my reputation and by threatening to report a bad debt to a consumer reporting agency. NMAC is in violation of 15 USC 1611 for criminal liability for willful and knowing by failing to provide required information about finance charges and right to rescission NMAC is aware of violations and has proof in attachments.
