Consumer Narrative

I have a fraud alert on my account that will ( currently ) not allow me or companies to open an account without verification. On XX/XX/XXXX I requested a loan for my HELOC that I thought was maturing this year. A HELOC in which I used to pay my employees. The HELOC was orginally borrowed to purchase property in Wisconsin. With all that on XX/XX/XXXX Equifax showed a credit score of XXXX, I was never contacted by the company that made this inquiry and later believe that it was a " hard pull! '' The credit bureau currently lists that I have a total of 3 hard pulls, I reached out to the company and they deny this occurred. ( see email ) They forwarded me the credit file that specifically shows that I have a fraud alert and yet they were able to make such an inquiry. My credit score is currently XXXX. Equifax states : Lack of recent revolving account information Too many consumer finance company account Lack of recent bank revolving information Lack of recent installment loan information Lets begin with facts : I have a fraud victim extended alert that does not allow myself or any potential creditor to access my credit record without verification from me. 1. This did not happen on XX/XX/XXXX ( see email attachments ) Lack of recent revolving account information : 1. This is not a " consumer '' issue, and XXXX reports my revolving account on the XXXX of each month and my HELOC currently shows near correct until they send out again for XXXX? BOTH ACCOUNTS HAVE BEEN UPDATED ON MY Equifax CREDIT FILE AS OF XX/XX/XXXX! Too many consumer finance company account 1.There are no active or outstanding consumer financial accounts on my credit. I am currently seeking litigation against net credit for fraudulent interest accrual when I borrowed in addition to my HELOC to purchase property in Wisconsin My vehicle broke down and the cost was {$6500.00} for transmission, rear end and other problems. The company offered a one year free interest. Lack of recent Bank revolving information : 1. AS of XX/XX/XXXX my XXXX XXXX account is up to date on Equifax credit report as well as on XX/XX/XXXX Lack of recent installment loan information This code either means that your accounts have not been active recently or you don't have that type of account! Which is it? This is not a consumer issue but a loaner responsibility
