In XXXX I sent all bureaus letters about info that was wrong on my report. I have not heard from them and need these items removed. This incorrect info is keeping me from being able to take a necessary loan for my grandfather 's long term care and I do not have the time to wait until they get around to completing their investigation. I sent letters in XXXX and still nothing. I just sent certified mail this month so I can track when they get this one but this is ridiculous. These companies are playing with my family 's livelihood right now and I don't need the added stress
