I have tried endlessly to report this fraud to Kohls and they dont do anything. They state they will file fraud reports and then just tell me its not fraud. I have not made purchases on this account and they closed my account and they are reporting it as delinquent and adding late fees and now they are saying there are two accounts. The Fraud Department wont speak with me and no one helps get this resolved as what it truly is FRAUDULENT CHARGES. They are now charging past due balances. I dont have any documents to provide and I am at a loss on this and so frustrated. They transfer me multiple times and they are reporting me delinquent on an account that I did not make purchases on. I finally got this much from them on one call and when I questioned things I was then put on hold and hung up on. Account Balance : {$300.00} XXXX : {$120.00} XX/XX/XXXX : {$46.00} Purchase : {$80.00} Late Fees I was transferred at least five times every time I call them. And then they just put me on hold and then hang up. Please help me anyway you can just want this balance to XXXX and never deal with them ever again.
