Unauthorized Inquiries that I didn't authorize and asked Equifax to delete per FCRA 605b. Equifax refuses to comply with FCRA guidelines and delete inquiries in question which are : XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX FTC Report filed # XXXX. Furthermore despite going through Equifax Portal report # XXXX Equifax is violating my consumer rights by refusing to delete an inaccurate address and refuses to remove fraud alert as well as a personal statement that I did not ask for or authorize. I am unable to get anyone on the phone either. I've sent numerous letters with proper ID verification as proof of who I am. Equifax refuses to comply with regulations.
