XXXX XXXX XXXX has violated my Consumer rights. Pursuant to 15 USC 1692c. ( c ) I notified XXXX XXXXXXXX in writing that I refuse to pay this alleged debt, and I am demanding that they cease all forms of communication with me through all mediums except by postal mail. Pursuant to 15 USC 1692c. ( c ) ( 2 ) I am Invoking my specified remedy as a consumer, and the original creditor I am demanding ALL of the following On the XXXXth of every month the account must have a XXXX Balance. Keep this revolving account open indefinitely. Increase my credit limit on this open-ended credit plan to {$50000.00} every month. Remove all monthly balances owed and report XXXX owed for every reporting month, since the beginning of this account to all credit reporting agencies. Pursuant to violation of the Truth and Lending Act 162 15 U.S.C. 1666a Regulation of Credit reports, and Truth and Lending Act 163 15 U.S.C. 1666b Timing of Payments Stop Illegal reporting of late payments to all consumer reporting agencies. Remove all late payments reported to all consumer reporting agencies. I would like all payments I MADE SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THE ACCOUNT ON XX/XX/2020, returned back to me via mailed check and any part of the amount of the credit balance remaining 15 USC 1666d ( C ). Failure to respond to my Cease and Desist and honor my demands within 30 days will result in me the consumer pursuing legal litigation.
