They lost my payments for several months without notifying me and when I found out on my own they blamed me because they say my financial institution took my payment back yet they also stated that I didn't order it or them in any way. They said that I have to continue to make payments even though they couldn't stop losing them. Every payment that I made I would receive a email confirming it and another when it posted to their account but never that it was taken back or not made and said I had to pay the penalties or else. They destroyed my credit rating and even though they stated that I never miss a payment I have to continue to make payments when they can't prove that they have fixed their problem of losing my payments. Contacting them takes days of being put on hold, hung up on, and automated machines that are impossible to make it though. The FBI and the secret service said that they deliberately do this so you can not talk to the fraud division. I will not pay a single fine and they will restore my credit rating a pay my time invested in doing this.
