I took out multiple installment loans from affirm XX/XX/2021 using an old phone number. I random XXXX man spoofed my XXXX XXXX XXXX number under XXXX So I couldn't log into my account. I have called and emailed over 10 times. Submitted my ID for verification multiple times, had multiple calls with managers where I confirmed my identity yet my account and credit information was never made safe. I paid all the loans off but my credit information and account is still accessible to the person who took my number because affirm will not update my account.
