Chime/XXXX finally sent my funds back to it sender a month ago but it took sixteen months to do so. Finally they sent it but when I called the senders they said " they don't see the funds ''. I called chime/XXXX and asked them to give me the trace number but they still haven't not provided me with the trace number. My account was closed on XX/XX/2020 and it took them 16 months later to send it back.
