I have filed several disputes with EQUIFAX concerning the below listed unauthorized HARD INQUIRIES. Title 15 U.S. C. 1681b- Permissible Purposes of Consumer Reports ; states that it is illegal for anyone to have or access my credit file without my written permission. I therefore demand that EQUIFAX provide said written proof that I authorized the below listed Hard Inquiries that you are reporting. I am presenting myself as a federally protected consumer and to my understanding you have assumed a vital role in assembling and evaluating consumer credit. I also understand that you have been developed to uphold a consumers credit worthiness, credit standing, credit capacity, character, and most of all the REPUTATION of consumers. XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, AND XXXX XXXX XXXX have listed these HARD INQUIRIES without my permission and written instruction. This is a violation of Federal Law pursuant to 15 U.S.C. 1681b. 1. I am prepared to file suit against EQUIFAX for violation of 15 U.S.C. 1681i for failure to conduct a reasonable investigation to determine whether disputed information is accurate, 15 U.S. Code 1681n - Civil liability for willful noncompliance and for violation of Regulation V. These three violations constitute a violation of The Consumer Protection Act.
