My loan with VW Credit originated in the State of XXXX. End of XXXX, I moved to XXXX XXXX. Since XXXX I have been trying to get a state transfer to my local County Office that handles auto registration. I spoke with XXXX at VW Credit who stated it was electronic, but he would have this info sent on XX/XX/2021. No info arrived to my Clerk 's office so I then called and spoke with Manager XXXX on XX/XX/2021. VW Finance will not send the document I need to transfer my car and get it registered in XXXX. This is ridiculous, I have already went thru two temporary license tags.
