For the past two years I have been dealing with the burden of someone stealing my identity. The persons involved have received credit cards car loans and received personal family or household goods. I have tried to dispute all the accounts some came off and some refuse to be taken off. I've paid credit repair agents and tried to dispute myself with out proper knowledge. Today I the natural person consumer is asserting all lawful action to get remedy for my identity being stolen. XXXX XXXX XXXX has given me the hardest time they have sold my debt or shared it with a third party debt collector. Pursuant 16CFR 433.1-433.3 THE CONTRACT IS FRAUD THERE IS NO CONTRACT CONTAINING MY SIGNATURE. ALL CONTRACTS MUST HAVE TWO SIGNATURES NO COMPANY IS EXEMPT. They never sent validation of the debt pursuant FDCPA 15USC 1692 ( d ). I never contracted, agreed, or arranged any consumer credit transaction. I ask that the account be closed because I had no idea how to dispute the identity theft at the time in XX/XX/XXXX and it was still being actively used and paid in my name. XXXX XXXX then closed account and charge off never sending me anything pertaining to the identity theft I alerted the fraud department. Each month since XXXX they have reported to the CRA 's negatively without the proper notice to opt out. TRANSUNION, XXXX, and XXXX are all apart of the identity theft. I've sent in a driver 's license, passport, social, and pieces of mail to prove identity and valid address. The credit reporting agencies failed to verify the info. They have me listed under XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX XXXX and that is not and have never been my name. They have listed I have as SSI Pension I have never worked anywhere long enough to receive a pension. In XX/XX/XXXX I filled and FTC identity theft against XXXX XXXX XXXX. My consumer report says it was open XXXX XXXX making me a minor at the time. Transunion sent me a letter saying that it was verified XX/XX/XXXX. Pursuant 15 USC 1681 a ( e ) all investigated reports must have sources of interviews of family and friends. NO REPORTING AGENCY has provided and investigated report containing such information. The credit reporting agencies are reporting on an alleged debt between me and XXXX XXXX XXXX pursuant 15 USC 1681a. I the natural consumer has the right to privacy pursuant 15USC 1681a ( 4 ). These fraudulent accounts were authorized by SSC the real credit card defined under the Truth In Lending Act and these transactions must be excluded from my consumer report. This infringement has gone on long enough I want the account updated as paid and full and taken off my report.
