This is for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX FL XXXX It seems like PennyMac has still been playing a lot of games with us. By raising our mortgage payments tremendously. I had filed a report about this before. They still trying to say I'll tax bill went up by thousands of dollars per year. However when speaking to the tax department tax bill has only went up by {$300.00} more a year.. We are having trouble trying to pay this increase which is causing a problem. They had increased it by so many hundreds of dollars per month. We had apply for the streamline refinance which we was told to apply for. We've applied for that almost 2 months ago. We was promised during that conversation, that the streamline would be fast. That it would take about 30 days. However it's taken basically 2 months now at this point.. they seem to have misrepresent the streamline refinance itself. We was also told that we would not have to make a payment in XXXX knowing that we just applied for the streamline back two months ago. Now we're being told no we would have to pay XXXX 's payment, and yet we're being told about it at the last minute. It seems that PennyMac has not been communicating with us the right way. Nevertheless misrepresenting their products that they offer. This complete increase is causing a lot of problems. We supposed to have a FHA loan with a fixed rate for 30 years. However it seems like that's not what we have, and this increase is going to cause nothing but hardship for us moving forward... I don't understand how a streamline could go on to almost 3 months that's what it looks like, based on what we're hearing now to do. When we was told it should only take about 30 days. The reason why I'm having the problem with the payments now, is because of the fact they increase my monthly mortgage payments with higher amounts. Due to the fact they wanted more money in escrow.
