For the past couple months I have been challenging a bankruptcy that was put on my Transunion credit report that does not belong to me. They have sent me letters saying such bankruptcy was verified through the court system as well as a for profit company known as XXXX. I have reached out to those companies myself and they have stated that not such information was given to any credit bureaus. So i decided to file a report with the CFPB in regards to Transunion unethical reporting standards.
