I order a machine thru XXXX XXXX XXXX with PayPal back in XXXX. Immediately when I received the machine was not the machine I ordered ( older model, not the same attachments, not touchscreen, just totally different machine ) AND it was broken. I tried resolving with XXXX and the seller to no avail and then filed a dispute with PayPal on XX/XX/2021. I went back and forth for 2 MONTHS with them at which time I heard EVERY excuse in the book and the resolution date was changed 14 times. PayPal responded to my previous complaint and talked about a COMPLETELY different dispute. This complaint is regarding dispute number XXXX , attached is just some of the XXXX I had to deal with while this ordeal with PayPal. They protect fraudulent sellers just to make a few bucks.
