on or around XX/XX/XXXX I submitted my bank statements to home point financial corp while applying for a refinance, in order to prove I had liquid assets, to refinance my mortgage, the loan officers XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX refused to count my bank statements. Despite the fact that they totaled over XXXX dollars and they said they didn't count. They subjectively refused my income documents and denied my application causing me to lose over XXXX in higher closing costs higher interest payments. I later applied for the same fha refinance program with another lender and was approved., I qualified as a self employed applicant in XXXX XXXX. Later in XX/XX/XXXX I tried to request another review with home point financial, but still they continued to refuse to consider my bank statements and XXXX income. I later reviewed found out they did not conform to federal XXXX XXXX or FHA lending guidlines, their practice was subjective and not objective and predatory. It was based on personal preference.
