This account with National Creditor Adjusters have been settled for years and should be deleted. It is reported to XXXX as closed but XXXX and XXXX as open. I have sent an initial dispute and then a reinvestigation to the bureaus to get this updated and I have had no success. I have called NCA some time ago and then recently again mid XXXX and they have confirmed that this account is indeed closed and that it is the credit bureaus that has the error but I do not believe this to be true.
