On XX/XX/21 I went to XXXX XXXX at XXXX with someone < XXXX y/o. I was not informed of the policy of > XXXX y/o after XXXX until my card was charged. I was promised by the cashier that they would process the refund at the end of the day if we didn't play any games and just left. After a couple of weeks with no refund, I called XXXX inquiring the refund and was told they don't recall my story so I opened a dispute with Discover on XX/XX/21. Discover gave a temporary credit while they were investigating and originally sided with me. Then on XX/XX/21 they charged me back for the transaction, but credited it back on XX/XX/21. On XX/XX/21 Discover decided to side with the merchant and charged me again, but this time with no credit back.
