He was contacting me on behalf of XXXX XXXX, so due to no contact on my behalf I am instructed to call XXXX with reference number XXXX. They have another number from XXXX California ( XXXX. This number is not active? They also called my mother in Arizona, threatening to sue. If I did not respond by XX/XX/XXXX ( yesterday ) they are taking aggressive action to sue me for {$1000.00}, from HBSC Bank for a mortgage or credit card from XXXX. I have been on XXXX since XXXX. I have already filed a scammer report with the XXXX XXXX XXXX
