My name is XXXX XXXX. I have been communicating with Capital one bank for months to withdraw the CDs money that I opened for my XXXX children but the bank claims that they can not find the record of these CDs. I have the original bank document for all CDs and bank is agree with it. Initially, the capital one bank stated that the money went to the sate then I claimed to state but the state could not find it and provided me a form to be filled out by the Capital one bank so they locate the fund but the bank refuse to fill it out. I opened 3 CDs accounts for my XXXX children for their collage fund long time ago. These are custodian account which my name and my kids name are on the CDs. If requires I will provide a copy of these three CDs.
