Huyndai processed my monthly payment incorrectly without my knowledge and as of result reported me late tot he credit bureaus. I made my monthly payments and for 2 month they were applying a portion of my payment to excise tax without my authorization- they paid the tax with the money from the regular payment and as of result my credit score has significantly been impacted i called and submitted a dispute but they refuse to remove it from my credit score - once i got an alert i called them and immediately paid everything to bring the act current.
