RESPONSE TO FOLLOW-UP COMPLAINT XXXX First of all what you have concluded makes no sense & you contradict yourself. We had issues closing on our home because you FILED the HUD lien which was for XXXX & XX/XX/2020 that I did accept and paid you back in full on closing, but you never actually RECORDED it therefore no funds ever came from HUD and it still does not excuse you reporting NO DATA on my account for XXXX 2020 because I paid my mortgage in FULL and show the statements as proof & you never actually recorded the lien so I have no idea what you were waiting to process per HUD, XXXX & your own documentation that states you never recorded it because your paperwork was null & void due to having separate signatures VS combined. Again, I order you to report my mortgage payments I made in full for XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XX/XX/2020. ORIGINAL COMPLAINT XXXX I have shown PROOF that the credit reporting agencies show NO DATA when I made payments on XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XX/XX/2020. I took COVID plan for XXXX & XX/XX/2020 AND NOTIFIED YOU I NO LONGER WANTED IN XX/XX/2020 BUT YOU KEPT HOLDING ALL PAYMENTS UNTIL XX/XX/2020! I CALLED YOU MONTHLY TO REMOVE ME AND MANUALLY PROCESS AND APPLY MY MORTGAGE PAYMENTS, BUT YOU KEPT FORCING THIS PLAN ON ME. WHAT DONT YOU UNDERSTAND! STOP CALLING ME. I TOLD YOU TO EMAIL ME. I AM NOT PLAYING PHONETAG AND I WANT PROOF OF ALL CORRESPONDENCE SINCE YOUR PHONE RECORDS NEVER HAVE ANY " PROOF '' OF THE CUSTOMER 'S SIDE OF A SITUATION. I HAVE PROVIDED DOCUMENTATION TWICE. CFPB NEEDS TO ADDRESS THIS CORRUPT BANK. PLEASE REVIEW MY PROOF. THEY DID NOT REPORT MY ON TIME IN FULL PAYMENTS FOR 2020.
