My house was damaged from the Texas Freeze and a claim was filed with XXXX back in XXXX. A check for rebuild was mailed to Guild Mortgage to be signed so that money could be released to begin the rebuild. Guild Mortgage disputed the percentage of work completed to date and would not release additional funds. The case was sent to XXXX XXXX ( VP of XXXX ). XXXX contacted me and said that there was a misunderstanding by her people and that she would get with them to make sure they understood how money should be released. She also spoke with the owner of XXXX XXXX and he sent her the draw schedule via email and cc 'd me on the email communication. XXXX XXXX ( VP of XXXX ) has not replied to the draw schedule email nor have we been successful in reaching anyone by phone or email. I have been paying for a house that I am unable to live in for eight months. They have yet to move forward with the rebuild since not receiving a response from Guild Mortgage. We are just going around in circles.
