Consumer Narrative

I spoke with XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX who refused to give me his ID number. He was advised that i refused to pay an alleged debt. He told me the debt is mine because he can see the balance owed/due and the last time it was paid. I advised that i am disputing the alleged. The company updated the status on their website to say this is not an attempt to collect a debt however on XX/XX/XXXX they removed {$390.00} from my checking account without my permission.
