My credit report is showing a late payment from XXXX of 2018. At the time I didn't think much of it but now my credit score is being heavily affected by it in spite of my otherwise excellent track record. At the time I never received any correspondence from Well Fargo that a payment was late until it had already been over 30 days past due. I remember making the minimum payment as soon as I noticed the balance, but the blemish still remains on my credit report. I have asked WF a few times to fix it but they haven't, so it still shows up as a delinquency. I've attached images of bank statement emails from XXXX and XXXX of that year, and it's clear that the minimum payment went back to the normal ( {$58.00} ) in XX/XX/2018, indicating I paid what was overdue. I would include statements, but those are unfortunately no longer available from the website. I have been a long-time client of Wells Fargo and this is the only blemish on an otherwise perfect track record.
