the company is lendmark financial. i recently asked the company if i could borrow up to {$800.00} to help me catch up on my mortgage payments. the lady informed me she would send it to underwriting to be approved. she informed me that if she didnt get a hold of me the day i applied for the loan, she would call me the next day. but she never did call me back. at least give me a courtesy call. i do not appreciate their business and shady tactics and i had my bank put a stop payment on them from taking money from my account. they could have at least given me a call back or something whether i was approved for the loan or not. but that's ok as a XXXX veteran
