I have been repeatedly disputing an item on my credit report. I have submitted the bank statements and other information supporting my claim, yet it keeps getting dismissed and am told to contact the company at such and such number. Both phone numbers listed to call are not in service. I asked the credit bureau how this is investigated and was told that they only ask the company that is reporting the information. That cant be correct, is it? In that case, speedy cash owes me a XXXX dollars. On XX/XX/2021 I took out a loan for {$500.00} I paid and have bank statements tha i paid : - {$78.00} on XX/XX/2021 - {$79.00} on XX/XX/2021 - {$79.00} on XX/XX/2021 - {$65.00} on XX/XX/2021 - {$91.00} on XX/XX/2021 on XX/XX/2021 they put on my credit report that my account was not in good standing and that i was 30 days past due. this dropped my credit score XXXX points. they refuse to fix this mistake. i have recorded phone conversations with a speedy cash rep saying that i have not done anything wrong and my things are paid. I should state also that due to covid i lost my job and called them right away for this not to affect my credit. on XX/XX/2021 I entered a payment arrangement only for the reason of keeping this off my credit. On XX/XX/2021 the defaulted my loan. I have disputed it with the credit bureaus and no luck. I believe that Speedy cash is giving bad information and even the contact information they provide the credit bureau for me to contact is not right. Both phone numbers they provide no not work. Also, after all of those payment plus 2 more since, they still state i owe {$500.00}, my loan was only for {$500.00}. Not sure what math or interest rate they have but it doesnt add up to me
