I applied for a Capital One Venture card, when sent the later for denial the reasons are in violation of 15 U.S Code 1691B ( 2 ) " it shall not constitute discrimination for purposes of this sub chapter for a creditor TO MAKE AN INQUIRY OF THE APPLICANTS AGE OR OF WHETHER THE APPLICANTS INCOME ... ..OR OTHER PERTINENT ELEMENT OF CREDIT WORTHINESS AS PROVIDED IN REGULATIONS OF THE BUREAU ; I would like to be granted an account with capital one with a limit of {$5000.00} of my own credit. I the consumer is the original creditor, they used my social security card for a transaction and was denied. Please advise.
