I had late payments on my account from XX/XX/2019 to XX/XX/2019. I did a modification which started XX/XX/2019. I was told no late payment would be reported. I have tried very hard to work with XXXX XXXX and the credit bureaus. I have gotten nowhere. I am looking for someone to assist me with getting this resolved.
