LexisNexis is reporting unverified information on my credit report. They are reporting a bankruptcy on my credit report that is inaccurate. When I brought this to their attention, Lexis Nexis stated that they received the information from the US bankruptcy court. I then wrote a letter to the court system myself, asking for an explanation. The US Bankruptcy Court replied to my complaint stating that the court, in fact DID NOT provide LexisNexis this information, nor do they provide any personal information to any other credit organization. This is a clear case of identity theft and has been reported to local police. I sent this letter certified XXXX USPS tp LexisNexis along with my Identity Theft Affidavit. The company has not responded. to my complaint
