Consumer Narrative

My property underwent a loan modification in XXXX when the housing market had fallen. At the time of the modification, I had 2 lien holders, which were supposed to be included in the load modification. When the modification was complete, I was contacted by 1 loan servicing company, XXXX XXXX XXXX. I began making payments and missed no payments. Eleven years later on XXXX, I received a letter from a servicing company named Statebridge Co. introducing themselves as my mortgage servicing company. On XXXX, Statebrige stated that I owed {$120000.00} and they wanted me to pay it all at once or apply for a loan modification or reinstate the loan. My only servicing company, XXXX XXXX XXXX, had no knowledge of any other outstanding loan nor were they not contacted by Statebridge to cure any loan balance, plus I had never missed any payments with my one and only servicing company. I requested to reinstate the loan and applied for a loan modification at least 3 times but were denied all requests by Statebridge. On XXXX, Statebridge put my property in default. On XXXX, I filed bankruptcy to avoid foreclosure with XXXX XXXX XXXX but it was dismissed XXXX. My house was wrongfully foreclosed on XXXX during the COVID-19 while the courts were closed by XXXX XXXX XXXX attorney XXXX XXXX for new owner, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX who both are NOT registered to do business in California. I wasn't properly served nor had an opportunity to attend an auction to bid on my property. On XXXX, an eviction judgment was granted and on XXXX, I was locked out of my house by the Sheriff. I am a victim of elder abuse and predatory lending. I am XXXX years old. I had been in my house since XXXX. My loan modification requests were not honored by Statebridge. I wasn't properly served of a foreclosure taking place during the COVID-19 pandemic. My house was wrongfully and fraudulently foreclosed by a business who is NOT registered to do business in the State of California which are XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX XXXX are stealing people 's homes and evading taxes because they're not registered with the CA Secretary of State. Their business address is not valid because a processor attempted to serve court papers, but no office was actually at the location. XXXX XXXX XXXX, owners XXXX and XXXX XXXX are selling houses for XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX who are not registered to do business in CA. All these parties involved needs to be exposed of the fraudulent transactions and put out of business. They need to be stopped in their tracks!!
