I had a credit card with Barclay 's. It was closed around XX/XX/XXXX, Mastercard ending XXXX. On or around XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX issued a refund for a cancelled flight in the amount of $ {$1000.00}. According to XXXX a check went to the credit card that was used for the trip. ( XXXX ). Finally after five hours on the phone I spoke with the Security Dept of Barclay 's. According to the man I spoke to the case # XXXX has to be investigated because the account was closed because of fraud. Let me explain. A magazine, XXXX XXXX, submitted a bill to The credit card in amount of {$15.00}. I filed a protest and the account was closed by me. I have all the letters from Barclays telling me that I was not responsible for the charge. Now Barclay 's refuse to send me the amount refunded by XXXX. They deducted the above {$15.00}. I am XXXX years old and not in the best health. This is causing a lot of stress. I can't fight a big company without your help. f you need I have all the information. Please help me. I don't know how to send documents via the internet only by mail. XXXX XXXX
