Reason : I'm disputing the company XXXX XXXX XXXX, Account Number XXXX. I disputed this account of XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. The reason I'm disputing this account because of inaccurate payment history reporting across all three bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX, and Equifax ). I contacted each bureau showing them how each bureau was showing inaccurately and inconsistently. Equifax is showing 60 days late for XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX of XXXX and 90 days late for the month of XX/XX/XXXX, But XXXX is only showing 30 days late for those months. I also contacted XXXX by Phone on Monday XX/XX/XXXX and was told they received the dispute on the XXXX of XX/XX/XXXX and the company had already responded with the information. That is a violation of the FTC Act as this account is reporting inconsistently and inaccurately. I also asked for proof of all of these late payments but I have failed to receive this proof from the company and the Bureaus.
