Reason : I am disputing account XXXX XXXX account number XXXX in the amount of {$10000.00}. I reported this account before and the company states they haven't received any information from me. Well on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX received all the information I sent over to XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX via USPS. It contained the correct ID, and a copy of my police report. XXXX are saying they haven't received anything from me but continue to verify this account as mine when I have sent over the correct information numerous of times stating this is identity theft. XXXX has received my information through each bureau and are still saying this is a valid account and failing to update my credit report by deleting this Account. THIS IS A VIOLATION of the FTC. Also they have failed to provide me via usps mail or certified mail with the verification of this account. I have only received information via email from XXXX XXXX with a copy of the ID used to obtain this fraudulent account ( which is not mine ). Prior my last complaint, I emailed XXXX XXXX my correct ID along with the fraudulent one I received from XXXX XXXX. She only followed up saying " Ms. XXXX also sent this email to me yesterday as a follow-up to our response to the CFPB. Thanks!! '' I have called her at the number provided ( XXXX ) But it goes straight to her voicemail. I have to receive anything via mail from this company. I have sent them over everything possible proving this account fraudulent. This company has violated so many times as to not properly handling the dispute process and, reporting inaccurate/falsely information to ones credit report and reporting a charged off account every month as late delinquent just to name a few. The company blocked the account before on XX/XX/XXXX. Then the company rescinded the block on XX/XX/XXXX. I didn't receive a letter or anything stating the reason for the company putting the account back on my credit report but prior to me sending in my ID theft affidavit and ID back in XX/XX/XXXX, the company had all the correct information to delete the account from my credit report.
