I booked a trip to XXXX as bundle package ( air and rental ) through XXXX for payment I chose the affirm loan to make monthly payments. I realized the flight was incorrect and immediately cancelled the trip and rebooked it the same day with the same payment method. When I went to pay for the trip I had to 2 loan accounts. XXXX only booked the plane ticket in the initial reservation and left the rental. So I am being charged for 2 rentals even though I only utilized one. I was called 3 times I was sent to customer service representatives outside of the United States I was told a supervisor would contact me and no one has to this day and this situation has been goin on since XXXX. I tried to dispute the charge with affirm the loan company and they did nothing as well and kept sending me notifications that they were going to report this to my credit report. So I ended up paying for something I cancelled and never used to protect my credit.
