Some company by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX put a collections from XXXX on my credit report I have never had an communication with the company in writing or on the phone. I have never received any notifications of collections. I also do not owe anything to XXXX. That bill is in dispute with XXXX as it was part of my well visit and I have already reached out directly to XXXX. I have never heard of you or received any bills from XXXX regarding any account going to collections prior to me placing this complaint and dispute. I want this removed from my credit as this is a violation to FCRA you did this by Failing to notify me when you supplied negative credit information to a CRA Failing to notify me of my rights to dispute inaccurate credit information.
