XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX, Are claiming I owe {$450.00} for a Cleaning deposit. The apartment flooded because of a broken pipe, because of faulty plumbing, I have attached the pictures showing the damage. This Management has a History of committing Fraud, My Attorney and my local Government have put them under investigation, My attorney is in the process of filing a Legal Complaint against Fair Collections and Out Sourcing, They Have threatened me and call me 12 times a day, and i know this in in violation of the FDCPA. I have phone recording and documentation. that my attorney has, Thanks for listening. And PS, I ended up paying for the repair, Pics attached.
