XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and Trans Union , LLC have recklessly failed to follow reasonable procedures to ensure the accurate reporting of my credit under the FCRA Notice on the XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX wrong information as to # 2 ( You have too many delinquent or derogatory accounts ) only. In addition, I contacted both agencies ( XXXX and Tran Union ) in regards to the recent reporting of my credit report. I attempted to get credit with XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX. Both creditors reported back the following on or about XX/XX/2021 1. Balance on your accounts is too high 2. You have too many delinquent or derogatory accounts and ; 3. The total of all balances on bankcard or revolving accounts is too high. This information would be totally old and incorrect. I have no balances on any of my revolving accounts and havent had any for more than 60 days. Misreporting such information after being made aware willfully and/or negligent violates Section 1681 e ( b ) of the FCRA. Such action of delayed or failure to update reporting files in a timely matter also violates Section 1681 I of the FCRA. I was denied a mortgage and housing rental due to the negative and incorrect information provided by these two agencies. The information being reported to creditors is old and outdated by at least six ( 6 ) to eight ( 8 ) months. I am demanding that they correct the information within my report and provide me written notice that it has been corrected in writing.
