In XX/XX/2021, I noticed that Experian was show showing a repeated charge off that manipulated statute of limitations regarding XXXX Acct # XXXX. I asked Experian and XXXX to investigate and delete as it was reporting inaccurately. Both entities claimed verified with XXXX fraudulently claiming they do not have the power to remove the account. I then asked for MOV that was ignored by both entities. Then I asked XXXX to prove they were reporting correctly. They could not do so. In fact, all they sent me was an unsigned contract which is not proper verification/validation of a debt. However, both Experian and XXXX both claim this account is reporting accurate and refuse the delete this inaccurate and unverifiable account. Which is a violation of my consumer rights and an FCRA violation. Furthermore, it is blatantly illegal to report a charge off for 5 months in a row then report nothing for 12 months to then remark 'N ' two to three years later. This is clear manipulation of statute of limitations and the inability to properly validate/verify debt with a signed contract with my signature allows me to seek monetary compensation for violation of my consumer rights. I demand that the account be deleted in full or to be compensated to the amount of {$1000.00}. I have been asking that this be resolved for the past 6 months, Per the FCRA I am entitled to monetary compensation for violation of my consumer rights.
