OPTIMUM OUTCOMES sent me a letter on XX/XX/2021 regarding a medical debt that is not mine. They not only violated me because I never gave them consent to contact me. However, they are collecting on a debt that is lawfully not mine. I have no lawful contract to pay them or ever done any business with this private entity. So them contacting me on a debt is not mine is harassment. I am filing this complaint to make sure my demands are met in my letter as well as payment is sent to me in a form of a check for said violations of federal lawsuit will be filed.
