My secondary loan has fallen very behind and was sold to multiple companies just when we were coming to a negotiation. The last company sold my loan in XXXX and Planet home lending took my loan over, they have sent letters stating they are will to help and we were in final stages of negotiation to get the loan back on track with a down payment, I received the paperwork and all it stated was the amount I needed to pay by XX/XX/2021 but there was no terms on the letter stating what my payment would be or what the down payment was going towards. I tried reaching out to my contact person XXXX XXXX through email and phone before the deadline and she was on vacation and not coming back until after the payment should have been made. The lawfirm stated I needed to have terms on that letter because it the loan was maturing and they could have told me in 12 months the rest was due immediately. XXXX XXXX had received a cease and desist from the company I am working with, but now I have received in the mail final judgement to put in for a sale date.I would like to resolve this ASAP but I never receive an answer. I fell into default which I had explained due to the fact my daughter had XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( which I can provide documentation if needed ) my husband was laid off at the time and we fell on hard times. We are more than willing to fix this problem and pay to keep our home as we have XXXX children and are hard working people. Can you please provide help?
