I sent a previous complaint under my married name XXXX XXXX, which is still in process through the social security office. The complaint is supposed to be under my maiden name XXXX. On XXXX sent Identity theft report along with affidavit, and notary presentment to Ad Adstra through certified mail Receipt # XXXX to remove unauthorized account that was not opened by me, and I am yet to receive any communication from Ad Adstra about them following the law pursuant to FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. & 1681 c-2 ) which states that this information must be removed within four business days of receipt, and this hasn't been done which is a violation of my rights and the law.
