On XX/XX/2021, I begin disputing an erroneous Bankruptcy that is on my Experian credit report with CFPB. Compliant # XXXX. After detailing that there should not be a bankruptcy on my report as noted by XXXX XXXX, Experian, responded on XX/XX/2021 to CFPB that the information had been verified and mailed me a copy noting that the Bankruptcy had been verified as well. There was no mentioned named of the entity that they used to verify the information. However, attached is a statement detailing that Experian does use XXXX XXXX as their verification source. Nonetheless, as you see with the attached XXXX XXXX report, there is no Bankruptcy reported on me. Therefore I ask that Experian immediately and permanently delete the Bankruptcy from my credit report as well as all attached accounts that they report to have been included in order to clear my credit as well as my name.
