In 2016 I opened a checking account with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX was also listed on this amount. XXXX made 2 purchases at XXXX and the funds were not available. For 2-3 months, 2-3 times a week, XXXX world try to get their payment, funds still not available, and XXXX charged me {$35.00} in overdraft fees each time even though they not once covered the actual payment. I disputed the original account and won, deleting it from my credit history. I have the pictures of that dispute if needed. So now they are going through a collections agency trying to collect the {$270.00}. I don't understand how the original account was removed from my credit report but now they are able/ allowed to go through a collections agency to try to collect that exact same debt that was already deleted. The name of the connecting agency is Credit Solutions Corp .
