Zelle decides that its system has made me ineligible in the standalone app without giving any further explanation. Furthermore, Zelle has no provisions in their terms of service that I previously agreed to that allows them to render me ineligible to use their services especially since Zelle was unable to furnish any reason for the ineligibility claim other than that their system had determined that I was ineligible, and that there " was nothing that they could do about it. '' I have given them multiple opportunities to allow me to provide additional identification, yet they have refused. If the CFPB is unable to assist me in finding a resolution to the issue I have just identified, then it may be necessary to settle this matter by exercising my right trial by jury, as I have not entered into an arbitration agreement with Early Warning Systems, Zelle, or any of its affiliates.
