I exercised my right as a consumer and Capital One has done an adverse action because I exercised my right as a consumer, see attached document. Capital One is in violation with this letter sent on XX/XX/2022 pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1692d ( 2 ) The use of obscene or profane language or language the natural consequence of which is to abuse the hearer or reader. They are scaring me with threats to pay by a date that is unrealistic. I am aware, collection activity includes furnishing any information on this subject matter to any consumer reports. There should be no publication or advertising of any kind until a dispute is resolved pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1666a ( a ). I am aware that billing errors are also defined pursuant to 12 CFR 1026.13 ( a ) ( 1 ) a reflection on or with a periodic statement/remittance/dividend of an extension of credit that is not made to the consumer.
