Experience has been charging me for credit reports for over a year now. I have told them to stop billing and refund me multiple times. I have been ignored. Billing started XX/XX/2020. Amounts are {$24.00} every month. I have called them, emailed them, submitted online requests. No response. Today I went through the process again. And for the first time ever was given an option of changing my membership to a {$0.00} fee service. They still do not have an option to end all services. As bad as they've been about this and how they provide information in my credit report ; this company doesn't deserve to be in control of people 's credit history. They should be shut down permanently. Separate note about this reporting complaint system. In the next section I am given an option. Of providing the last four numbers of my social security number. One of those numbers is a XXXX. Your system is not accepting the last four of my social based on that XXXX. Please fix this error.
