XXXX is reporting a 90 day late payment in XX/XX/XXXX. My student loans were and have been in income based payments during the time with a payment of {$0.00}. To make matters worse, although XXXX accepts payment as one loan, it is reported as 5 different loans, therefore all 5 show late payments. I have requested that they remove the reporting of the late payment ( since I can not possibly be late on a {$0.00} payment ) to no avail. I have also disputed the information with the credit reporting agencies without success. Interestingly, XXXX has mailed information to an address that I lived at from XXXX XXXX-XXXX XXXX in Michigan. I did not give them the address and I did not even attend college until XXXX. I have not lived in Michigan since XX/XX/XXXX, nor provided that address to any company or individual since that time.
